We collect what you send us in the quote and contact forms — your name, email, phone, both addresses and the details of your move — and use it only to quote, book and run your move.

We keep booking records for seven years for insurance and tax. You can ask for a copy or ask us to delete anything we don't have to keep: write to hello@movora.co.

This site uses privacy-friendly analytics without cookies that track you across sites.

Terms of service

A quote is valid for 30 days. The flat price covers the inventory you gave us; if the inventory changes we tell you the new price before we lift anything.

A $50 deposit holds your date and comes off the final bill. Cancel more than 72 hours before the move for a full refund of the deposit.

Liability and cover

Every move includes basic cover by weight. Full-value protection is available at 1.5% of the declared value.

Report any damage within 7 days of delivery so we can repair or replace it.
